Handicraft Training

Our Handicraft Training is focused towards making contemporary as well as cultural handicraft products which include hand-woven garments for both ladies and gents which are necessary from head to foot such as caps, gloves, socks, and mufflers. By teaching such skills to under privileged women, Indreni UNESCO is supporting them and helping them earn their living.

Non-Formal Educational Programs (Literacy Programs)

Under the non-formal education program, we provide basic vocational and non-formal education training to disabled women and people who are living in poverty. So we promote educational campaigns first and foremost so that all the women can make their own life choices. Since education is the basis of a good working ethic, this program is critical to progress further in their careers.

Skill Development (Post Literacy)

After acquiring the knowledge of 3 R’s i.e. Reading, Writing and Arithmetic, they are ready for skill development training which helps them acquire skills that will help them generate income for their living and finally get out of the poverty zone. These training include handicraft training, sewing and cutting basic and advanced course, etc. Since the market demand for handicraft products is huge, getting a well respected career is made more easier with the help of this training.
